How can I make a withdrawal?

Your withdrawal method should be the same as your chosen deposit method. For example, if you make a deposit via Neteller, you will have to withdraw using the same payment method.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request and how do I do it?

You can cancel your withdrawal request anytime within 48 hours of submission, this can be done from within your account, simply click on the CANCEL WITHDRAWAL button within the cashier then select the pending transaction that you wish to cancel. If your withdrawal request has exceeded 48 hours since the requested time, then please contact Customer Support

What identification do I need to supply for making a withdrawal?

You do not need to provide any identification for making a withdrawal. However, there may be an occasion that we will request a copy of your proof of ID front and back and a copy of a recent utility bill for security reason

Each Dafa Product has its corresponding Wallet where you can deposit/ withdraw your funds. On the Deposit and Withdrawal pages, click the “Deposit to/Withdraw from” drop-down list, and choose the Product where you would like to transfer your funds. For example, if you want to deposit to your Casino account, choose Casino from the Product list. How do I place a Mix Parlay bet?

1. Click on the ‘Mix Parlay’ selection on the left menu at the sportsbook page.
2. Click on the price of your selections. The selections would be added on to your bet
slip shown on the left hand side of the webpage.
3. Enter the amount you wish to stake. It will show you the corresponding odds and
payout for your bet.
4. Click on the ‘Process Bet’ button to submit your bet or click on ‘Cancel’ to re-set your
selections.

How do I cancel my bet?

Can I bet on horse racing?

We now provide betting on horse racing.

Why was my bet voided?

If a sporting event or match is suspended, abandoned or terminated, then the entire match will be considered void. Matches will be declared void irrespective of any official decision to honour the result.

The stake will be returned on any single selection. Void bets in a mix parlay will be treated as non-runners and the stake will run onto the remaining selections in the bet.

What is handicap betting?

Handicap means betting when one competitor or team receives a virtual head start (effectively leading by that head start before the Event begins).
